Our Design Process


Meet with us to discuss your vision, style, colors, and budget. Send us your pictures, Pinterest boards, swatches, venue rules, and your wedding details (date, location, numbers in bridal party, guest counts, etc.) before our meeting and we will create a design board just for you and your event.

Your Proposal is your guide to what we plan to create for your event! It will contain pictures of items and flowers, detailed descriptions, and price ranges with options. It will be sent to you within about a week of our meeting. Two revisions are allowed to narrow it  down. If more are needed, the hourly design rate is $125.

Love it?!? Then it's time to sign on the dotted line! Once you have selected us, we will convert the Proposal to into a Fixed Fee Contract. You will sign it and send it back to us with a non-refundable payment that is 50% of your total contract price. We take cash, checks or credit card (through Quickbooks Digital Invoicing).


Your event is getting close! The final balance is due in full 4 weeks before your event. Any final changes must done at this point. Upon payment, we will order the flowers and ensure the hard goods are available for your event.


Relax.....we have your floral designs all taken care of!!! We will create your designs per the specifications in the contract and deliver to you as stipulated. So sit back...and enjoy!
